Ambraude has subtly introduced women’s forms at the heart of her floral pattern. Bunches, foliage, roots, buttons, stems and shoots give life to womanly forms. The central character takes place as a totem benefactor, wrapped in gold as an offering. The soothing environment of this work and its technique recall the link between the artist and the world of fashion and textiles, evoking the visual aspects of precious fabrics and silks.
